System 3 were able to recognise our requirements immediately and suggested we migrate our e-mail services to a cloud provider to relieve strain on our current servers and avoid the alternative burden of an expensive on-premise server replacement.
Being a Microsoft Gold Partner with decades of in house experience in e-mail migration and cloud services, System 3 were able to effectively plan a seamless changeover to a new Microsoft Office 365 Exchange Online based platform while avoiding costly down time and keeping disruption to a bare minimum. We hardly noticed they were here! All our existing e-mail, contacts and calendars continued to operate on all of our numerous devices and not a single e-mail went missing during the process.
They were even able to perform upgrades to many of our older workstations and install a high strength Wi-Fi solution during the same single visit to site.
All the staff at System 3 are friendly and highly competent individuals, from the junior helpdesk technicians all the way to the experienced senior systems engineer veterans. We wouldn’t dream of using anyone else to maintain what are essentially our critical business systems which we couldn’t do without.
